
Strategic Key Account Delivery Manager

As a Key Account Delivery Expert, you will be responsible for managing the full order-to-delivery cycle for key accounts. This involves coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely and complete delivery.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance delivery performance and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve delivery issues and improve overall operations.
- Manage customer communication and perform regular performance reporting to stakeholders.
- Identify areas for process improvements and implement changes to optimize delivery efficiency and effectiveness.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or above; preferred majors include Supply Chain Management, Communications, and Electronics.
- Fluent in English with strong cross-cultural communication skills.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in electronics supply chain management, with at least 3 years in key account delivery.
