SINCLUS is a leading Recruitment & Staffing Company, specializing in sourcing engineering professionals for global organizations. We're hiring a Key Accounts Manager to manage and grow strategic client accounts in the staffing sector.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned key client accounts
Build strong, long-term client relationships to ensure repeat business
Conduct regular client meetings, business reviews, and feedback sessions
Identify opportunities to expand client accounts (permanent, contract, temporary, project-based hiring)
Work closely with clients to anticipate hiring needs and present tailored solutions
Meet or exceed revenue/profit targets; coordinate with internal team for timely candidate delivery
Track open positions, candidate submissions, interviews, and closures
Ensure SLAs and KPIs with clients are consistently met
Develop account management strategies per client
Maintain up-to-date records of client needs, status, and performance
Provide regular sales forecasts and pipeline updates to management
Address client escalations promptly and professionally
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve delivery challenges
Ensure compliance with all contractual obligations
Requirements:
Bachelor's (MBA preferred)
5–8 years in staffing/recruitment account management
Excellent communication, negotiation & client-handling skills
Proficient in MS Office & CRM tools
