Job Title: Freelance Trainers

We focus on elementary education, skilling and employment for youth, sustainable livelihood opportunities, and access to safe drinking water and sanitation.

The role of a Trainer is pivotal in delivering training programs, conducting domain training, evaluating participants' progress, and providing feedback. As a freelance Trainer located in Chennai and Tamil Nadu, you will equip students with domain skills in various fields such as Tally, Medical Coding, Advanced Excel, and Gen AI.

To succeed in this role, you should possess:

  • Experience in conducting training programs and workshops
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to evaluate and provide constructive feedback
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Proficiency in preparing training materials and adapting training methods
  • Ability to collaborate with various stakeholders
  • Experience in the social sector or with underserved communities is a plus
  • Relevant certifications or degrees in Education, Training, or related fields
