Learning Content Strategist

We are seeking an experienced Learning Content Strategist to lead the development, management, and delivery of learning content for Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP applications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Shaping the curriculum strategy to meet customer needs and align with product roadmap
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure content quality and effectiveness
  • Developing high-quality digital learning assets including videos, tutorials, hands-on labs, guides, and assessments
  • Maintaining currency with Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP product updates and ensuring timely updates to associated training materials
  • Managing vendor or in-house content development projects to ensure timely delivery and quality standards

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in curriculum development, instructional design, or product training
  • Strong understanding of enterprise business processes and ERP implementation lifecycles
  • Excellent project management and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Ability to envision how to translate complex ERP features into intuitive and effective learning materials
  • Experience with learning tools such as content authoring tools, LMS platforms, video editing, SCORM, etc.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Curriculum development, instructional design, or product training experience with SaaS-based solutions
  • Knowledge of Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP applications - Project Management, Risk Management, and Enterprise Performance Management (EPM)
