Content Strategist Trainee

We are seeking a talented Content Strategist Trainee to join our creative team. As a Content Strategist Trainee, you will have the opportunity to craft compelling words, spot trends, and experiment with digital storytelling.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in developing content strategies for digital campaigns, social media posts, reels, and activations.
  • Support senior copywriters in creating innovative concepts and campaign briefs.
  • Contribute to non-routine content like scripts, short films, activations, and innovations.
  • Stay updated with social media trends & viral formats.
  • Explore how AI tools can reshape content creation and digital storytelling.
  • Adapt content in multiple languages as per brand requirements.

Requirements:

  • 6 months – 1 year of experience in content creation or a related field (internship or full-time).
  • Strong interest in digital media, online marketing, and brand communication.
  • Curiosity about AI in advertising & creativity.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Highly organized and comfortable working under deadlines.
  • Degree in Mass Media, Advertising, Marketing, or Communication.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience in working with brands or campaign ideation.
  • Knowledge of SEO/SEM basics.
  • Comfort in writing beyond just posts & mailers (scripts, concepts, video content).
