Lead Learning Strategist

We seek a Lead Learning Strategist to join our team. As a senior-level professional, you will be responsible for developing and implementing complex business training programs that enhance the skills of our employees.

This role requires a deep understanding of emotional intelligence, decision-making, collaboration, leadership, cultural awareness, project management, compliance, lifelong learning, and professional development.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and deliver high-quality training experiences that meet the needs of our employees and align with our business objectives.
  • Manage and lead cross-functional teams to develop and implement effective training strategies.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to design and deliver training content.
  • Evaluate the impact of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.
  • Requirements:
  • A minimum of 15 years of experience in product & process training.
  • Strong knowledge of learning sciences, instructional design, and technology application.
  • Excellent facilitation and coaching skills.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
