Job Title: Senior Content Strategist

About the Role:

Our organization seeks an experienced and skilled Senior Content Strategist to lead our content team. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional editing skills, leadership abilities, and a keen eye for detail.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead and manage the content team to ensure smooth workflow and alignment with client expectations.
  2. Edit, proofread, and refine all insurance-related blogs to maintain high editorial standards.
  3. Ensure content is accurate, compliant, well-structured, and aligned with client guidelines.
  4. Monitor team productivity, set clear deadlines, and ensure timely delivery of content.
  5. Provide constructive feedback to writers to improve writing quality.
  6. Act as the point of contact for client deliverables and internal coordination.
  7. Handle last-minute requirements and ensure the team adapts quickly.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Content Editor/Senior Content Writer/Team Lead in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong editing and proofreading skills with an eye for detail in insurance-related content.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills to manage a team effectively.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize under tight deadlines.
  • Strong understanding of insurance blogs, SEO basics, and content structuring.
