Learning Content Strategist

This role involves defining and managing the end-to-end learning content strategy for Oracle Customer Experience (CX) Products. Key Responsibilities include:

  • Developing a comprehensive strategy for creating high-quality digital learning assets that align with Oracle Modern Best Practices.
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to identify training needs based on product features and customer adoption trends.
  • Creating certification paths for various user personas, including end users, implementers, and administrators.
  • Managing the development of digital learning assets, including videos, tutorials, hands-on labs, guides, and assessments.
  • Ensuring integration with Oracle tools to provide seamless learning experiences.
  • Tracking learner feedback and outcomes to refine content and improve effectiveness.
  • Staying current with quarterly releases and updating associated training materials accordingly.

Key Qualifications:
  • 5+ Years of Experience in Curriculum Development or Instructional Design: Proven experience in developing learning strategies and instructional materials.
  • Strong Understanding of Enterprise Business Processes: Knowledge of Customer Experience Products implementation lifecycles.
  • Excellent Project Management and Stakeholder Engagement Skills: Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Learner-Centric Design Expertise: Experience in translating complex features into intuitive and effective learning materials.

Candidates should possess excellent communication skills and the ability to present ideas clearly. Strong project management and stakeholder engagement skills are essential for this role.
