About the Role:

We are seeking a seasoned Treasury Manager to oversee daily operations of the finance & accounting department, including cash management and financial reporting.

This senior position will be responsible for managing treasury operations, establishing and enforcing expense policies and principles, coordinating annual audits, and maintaining fiscal records.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in bookkeeping and accounting principles, expertise in digital payment processing, and a background in the financial services/payments industry.

Additionally, the successful candidate will possess strong relationship management skills, an ability to work in an early-stage company, and a degree in MBA Finance or BBA Finance.

Responsibilities:

  • Cash Management: Oversee daily cash flow, manage liquidity, and optimize investment strategies.
  • Financial Reporting: Prepare and review financial statements, reports, and analysis to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Treasury Operations: Manage treasury functions, including weekends, and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
  • Expense Policies: Establish and enforce expense policies and principles to maintain fiscal discipline.
  • Annual Audits: Coordinate annual audits and maintain fiscal records to ensure regulatory compliance.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations while driving business growth.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 5+ years' experience as an accounting manager, controller, or treasury manager.
  • Knowledge: Proven knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting principles.
  • Expertise: Expertise in digital payment processing and financial services/payments industry background.
  • Degree: MBA Finance or BBA Finance degree.
  • Skills: Strong relationship management skills.
  • Ability: Ability to work in an early-stage company.
