About the Role

The ideal candidate will handle margin calls, collateral management, and interest calculations in a timely and accurate manner.

They will perform cash reconciliations across multiple products and platforms to ensure seamless transactions.

This role involves executing and monitoring internal transfers to guarantee timely settlements.

The successful candidate will oversee payment processing and SWIFT transactions, ensuring compliance and accuracy at all times.

We are looking for someone to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve discrepancies in a professional manner.

In addition, they will support Know Your Customer (KYC) documentation and compliance processes to maintain our high standards.

This role also entails providing support in Foreign Exchange (FX) transactions and related treasury operations.

Key responsibilities include identifying process gaps and contributing to efficiency improvements within the cash management function.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
  • 3–4 years of relevant experience in cash management, treasury, or derivatives operations.
  • Strong understanding of margin models, collateral management, and reconciliations.
  • Familiarity with financial products – derivatives (futures, forwards, options, swaps), FX, and related instruments.
