Job Title: Treasury Manager

  • This role is responsible for managing the company's cash flow, including daily cash management activities and preparing weekly cash reporting.
Job Description:

As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for reconciling corporate bank accounts, analyzing data to identify trends and areas for improvement, and making recommendations to senior leadership.

Key Responsibilities include:

  1. Reconcile corporate bank accounts daily as part of the daily cash projection process.
  2. Review and prepare weekly cash reporting for distribution.
  3. Escalate unresolved issues with banks related to store deposit accounts.
  4. Prepare monthly cash, deferred financing, and treasury accrual journal entries.
  5. Enter journal entries into NetSuite software.
  6. Manage all banking and treasury activities for new store openings and closures.
  7. Assist with special projects as assigned by senior leadership.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in Treasury, Cash Management, or a similar finance role.
  • Strong understanding of banking operations, ACH/wire processes, and cash flow management.
  • Proficiency in NetSuite and JPM Access software preferred.
  • Excellent attention to detail, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with integrity and confidentiality.
