Job Title: Assistant Manager, Treasury Functions

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Assistant Manager to join our team in the Treasury Operations department.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in treasury management, with experience in cash management, financial analysis, and risk management. The successful applicant will be responsible for managing and optimizing the organization's short-term liquidity, ensuring accurate and timely cash management, and supporting global financial operations.

The role is critical in maintaining the organization's financial stability and requires a high level of expertise in financial principles, analytical skills, and effective communication.

  • Cash Management: Perform daily cash management tasks, including monitoring cash balances, bank reporting, and maintaining treasury dashboards.
  • Financial Analysis: Prepare detailed cash flow forecasts and conduct variance analysis between projected and actual cash flow statements.
  • Risk Management: Monitor and manage the organization's bank relationships and overall liquidity.
  • Debt Schedule: Oversee and manage the organization's debt schedule, ensuring all obligations are met on time.
  • Global Coordination: Coordinate with global counterparts and banks to reconcile and record activities, ensuring accurate and timely wire payments.
  • Account Reconciliation: Perform bank reconciliations and maintain account records.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with the Finance and Operations teams to gather data for cash forecasting and to facilitate banking transactions and approvals.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Treasury Experience: Proven experience in managing a treasury or cash management function.
  • Financial Principles: Proficiency in financial and cash management principles.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong verbal, written, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
  • Computer Software: Advanced computer software skills, particularly with Excel and Google Sheets.
  • Sensitive Information: Ability to handle sensitive information appropriately, including maintaining SOX and audit trails.
  • Process Improvement: Interested in process improvement, with a focus on defining and implementing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and increasing process efficiencies.
  • Time Management: Excellent time management and organizational abilities.
  • Team Player: A team player who can effectively communicate and coordinate with multiple departments.
