Role Summary

We are seeking a strategic thinker to lead our monetization efforts, driving growth and revenue through innovative advertising sales strategies.

The ideal candidate will possess expertise in program management, with a strong analytical mindset and excellent communication skills. They will be responsible for developing and executing plans to optimize campaign performance, ensuring seamless interactions across various teams and functions.

  • Drive the development of a comprehensive monetization strategy to maximize revenue growth
  • Lead cross-functional teams to execute A/B experimentation roadmap, focusing on campaign optimization
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver organic retention goals and improve customer engagement
Key Responsibilities
  1. Monetization Strategy Development: Design and implement a data-driven monetization strategy to drive revenue growth
  2. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Lead and coordinate with various teams to ensure effective execution of marketing initiatives
  3. A/B Experimentation: Develop and manage A/B experimentation roadmap to optimize campaign performance
  4. Retail Goals Delivery: Collaborate with stakeholders to achieve organic retention goals and enhance customer engagement
Requirements
