
Media Monetization Specialist

As a Programmatic Media Associate, you will play a key role in managing advertising operations with a strong focus on programmatic and app-based revenue streams. You will oversee client accounts, drive end-to-end management of monetization strategies, and build strong relationships with clients and partners.

- Oversee client accounts, ensuring smooth execution of advertising campaigns across multiple verticals and geographies.\
- Drive end-to-end management of monetization strategies, including programmatic and/or app-based revenue streams.\
- Build and maintain strong client and partner relationships, demonstrating empathy, adaptability, and influence without formal authority.\
- Serve as a key point of contact for campaign troubleshooting, implementation, and optimization with a strong technical aptitude.\
- Ensure precision and accuracy in campaign management while handling multiple priorities simultaneously.\
- Provide strategic insights and recommendations through data analysis, identifying trends to inform business growth strategies.\
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, aligning cross-functional efforts toward client success.\
- Champion a culture of passion, empathy, and shared success across projects and teams.\
- Develop and implement effective monetization strategies that drive revenue growth and improve client satisfaction.
Requirements:

- 1+ years of relevant experience in managing account management GAM - Supply Side.\
- Experience in handling Google Ad Manager among other Ad technologies.\
- Prior account management role in Adtech, advertising agencies, or marketing consultancies.\
- Deep knowledge of monetization in the publishing industry including programmatic, video, and app monetization.\
- Experience in managing full-funnel campaigns for a wide range of advertisers - various verticals and geographic locations.\
- Outstanding relationship management skills, empathetic in understanding diverse perspectives and able to influence without authority.\
- Excellent technological skills and ability to quickly learn what is needed to support the campaigns' successful implementation and optimization.\
- High attention to detail, especially when multitasking.\
- Excellent English verbal and written communication skills.\
- Empathetic, Passionate, and a hunger for both personal and team successes.\
- Strong analytical skills to collect business intelligence by partnering with senior clients and monitoring/identifying trends in data to create winning strategies for the business.
