We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced application monitor to join our team. This role requires an individual with in-depth knowledge of app monitoring and management, as well as strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities:- Troubleshoot user issues and perform root cause analysis using setup and configuration best practices.
- Identify recurring issues and implement long-term fixes for optimal operational application management.
- Develop and fine-tune alarming systems for Dynatrace and Splunk, integrating alerts into incident management tooling.
- Analyse and optimize application code with respect to error handling and alerting.
