
Senior Regional Business Development Manager

Job Description:
- Analyze regional sales data to create and implement a comprehensive business growth strategy.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize store operations, reduce stock loss and expenditures, and enhance customer satisfaction.
- IDentify and develop new business opportunities through market research and trend analysis.
- Train and mentor sales staff to ensure they have the necessary skills to meet sales targets.
- Develop and execute strategies to improve customer service and retention.
- Maintain accurate records of sales performance and provide regular reports to stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Master's degree in Business Administration or related field.
- Minimum 10-12 years of experience in sales management or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to analyze data and make informed decisions.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
