Senior Associate Role

A pivotal member of our team, the Senior Associate plays a key role in driving impactful brand campaigns forward.

  • This position involves working closely with clients, internal teams, and production partners to bring creative ideas to life, executing all facets with precision and attention to detail.
  • The ideal candidate will lead Brand Solutions for select clients, aligning their briefs and proactive pitches to fulfill business goals and objectives.
  • Collaborate with the Creative team to ideate concepts, leveraging insights on the client, brand, and business to create effective solutions that drive results.
  • Manage moving parts with a team of juniors and the production team within set timelines and budgets, ensuring seamless execution.
  • Liaise with clients as the main point of contact to ensure idea progression aligns with brand vision and business objectives, providing ongoing communication and support.
  • Broaden your horizons through brainstorming, collaboration, and driving ideation for our projects, researching industry trends, new technologies, audiences, and brand campaigns.
  • Lead campaign report preparation, maximizing learning after each project or campaign concludes, analyzing successes and areas for improvement.
Qualifications and Skills
  • Apply if you have 2-4 years of experience in events, experiential marketing, or media, with a strong interest in culture, pop culture, and independent sub-cultures across India and the world.
  • Required skills include teamwork, self-motivation, honesty, proactivity, ownership, and a willingness to go above expectations, with a strong focus on execution, continuous learning, and growth.
