Social Media Marketing Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled Social Media Marketing Lead to drive our social media strategy and execute engaging campaigns that resonate with our audience.

Job Description

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of social media marketing, including creating and implementing effective social media plans, managing social media content, and analyzing engagement metrics. They will work closely with our cross-functional teams to develop and execute social media campaigns that align with our business goals.

This role involves developing and executing comprehensive social media strategies, creating and curating high-quality content, managing social media advertising campaigns, and monitoring and reporting on performance metrics. The successful candidate will be able to think creatively, stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, and effectively communicate with both internal stakeholders and external audiences.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Marketing, Communications, or related field
  • Minimum 6-9 years of experience in social media marketing, with a proven track record of success in creating and executing effective social media campaigns
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and YouTube
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content and presentations
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to collect and analyze data to inform social media strategies
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent time management and organizational skills
