Job Overview

At TeamBuilderz, we are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Enterprise Sales Specialist to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for a driven individual with a passion for sales to take their career to the next level.

In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and prospecting potential enterprise customers in the Telecom/SaaS sector within Tier-1 Metro cities. You will conduct thorough research and gather market intelligence to understand customer needs, pain points, and business requirements. Your primary goal will be to develop and implement effective sales strategies to generate new leads and build a robust sales pipeline.

You will engage with prospects through various channels, including cold calling, email outreach, social media, and networking events. You will qualify leads and schedule meetings by effectively articulating the value proposition and benefits of our Telecom/SaaS solutions. Your close collaboration with the leadership team will ensure a smooth transition of qualified leads and maintain strong communication throughout the sales cycle.

Your ability to stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies will enable you to effectively position our offerings in the market. You will also provide feedback and suggestions to improve sales and marketing strategies based on customer feedback and market insights.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a deep understanding of the Telecom/SaaS industry and the ability to work in a start-up environment. A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is required. You should have proven experience as a Sales Development Representative in the Telecom/SaaS industry, with a focus on enterprise customers and long sales cycles.

Strong understanding of Telecom/SaaS solutions and the ability to effectively communicate their value to potential customers are essential skills for this role. Excellent prospecting, networking, and lead generation skills, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets, are also required. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to engage with senior-level executives and build lasting relationships are crucial. Self-motivated, proactive, and goal-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently are necessary qualities for this position. Proficiency in using CRM software to manage and track sales activities and customer interactions is also required.
