- Maintain in-depth knowledge of SaaS product features, benefits, and industry trends to effectively communicate value propositions to clients.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer success teams to ensure a seamless client experience.
- A strong understanding of the SaaS business model, including industry challenges and opportunities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with C-suite executives and key decision-makers.
