Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service and support through multiple communication channels.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Identify and capitalize on opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products and services.
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of our products and services to provide accurate and informative responses to customer inquiries.
