  • Working with internal resources to resolve customer requests

  • Maintaining ongoing communication with internal departments to ensure customer satisfaction

  • Identifying and assessing personal training needs to stay up-to-date on products and services



Requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent, 2+ years of customer service experience, and strong typing ability in a Windows operating environment.
