At Inventionyard, we are seeking a highly skilled Customer Support Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the customer service process and providing top-notch support to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- Manage a large volume of incoming phone calls and emails.
- Identify and assess customer needs to achieve satisfaction.
- Build sustainable relationships with customer accounts through open and interactive communication.
- Provide accurate and complete information to customers.
- Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions.
- Keep accurate records of customer interactions.
- Follow communication procedures and guidelines.
Requirements:
- Min. 12th pass.
- Excellent communication and analytical skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Spoken English and Hindi are mandatory.
