  • Lead efforts to enhance capital structure and funding strategies for sustained growth.
  • Maintain compliance with statutory laws, financial regulations, and industry standards.
  • Collaborate with external auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory bodies to ensure seamless operations.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (Master's or MBA preferred).
  • Chartered Accountant (CA), CPA, ACCA, or equivalent qualification will be an added advantage.
  • Minimum 8-12+ years of progressive finance experience, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven track record of strategic financial leadership in a high-growth startup or similar environment.
  • Strong understanding of corporate finance, accounting principles, and financial analysis for India and International markets (North America and UAE).
