Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Expert

Job Description:

As a strategic partner, the FP&A professional will drive business decision-making with insightful financial analysis and planning. They will lead annual budgeting and forecasting processes across business units, provide financial analysis to support strategic initiatives and operational efficiency, and partner with business leaders to drive financial performance and cost optimization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement financial models to evaluate business scenarios, investments, and strategic projects.
  • Prepare monthly and quarterly financial reports with variance analysis and commentary.
  • Lead the team in achieving business objectives by driving financial performance and cost optimization.
  • Partner with business leaders to drive financial performance and cost optimization.
  • Support senior leadership with ad-hoc analysis and presentations.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

The ideal candidate possesses 14-16 years of experience in FP&A, preferably in a large or multinational organization, with strong proficiency in financial modelling, Excel, and reporting tools like SAP, Hyperion, and Power BI. They must have strong analytical capabilities, stakeholder management, and a deep understanding of financial metrics and business drivers. A CA - First /Second Attempt is also required.
