Financial Leadership Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Finance Manager to drive business growth through strategic financial planning.


The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance, accounting, or a related field, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in financial management. They will also possess excellent leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills, as well as strong communication and negotiation abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive financial strategies to support business objectives.
  • Oversee financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management to ensure optimal performance.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations, tax laws, and accounting standards.
  • Prepare detailed financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including banks, auditors, and financial institutions.
  • Monitor financial performance, cost control, and profitability analysis to inform strategic decision-making.
  • Implement robust internal controls and risk management practices to safeguard the organization's assets.
  • Support accounting operations, payroll, and financial transactions to ensure seamless day-to-day activities.
  • Provide expert advice and guidance to senior management on strategic financial matters.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (Master's degree or CPA/CFA certification is a plus).
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in financial management, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
  • Strong knowledge of financial regulations, tax laws, and auditing practices in the region.
  • Proficiency in financial software, ERP systems, and Excel.
