Main Responsibilities

  • Thorough review of account payables to minimize costs
  • Data-driven financial modeling and analysis to identify areas for improvement
  • Develop and implement incentives and rewards strategies to motivate teams
  • Design and implement Management Information Systems (MIS) to enhance operational efficiency
  • Manage payroll processing and administration with precision
  • Maintain corporate compliance and regulatory adherence to mitigate risk
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Chartered Accountant (CA) or Inter CA certification with 2-4 years of relevant experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other accounting software applications
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster collaboration and trust
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team to achieve shared goals
