Senior Trading Project Leader

This is a senior position within our company where you will be leading a team of professionals.
As a Project Manager, your primary responsibility will be to oversee the development and implementation of new projects. This includes ensuring that all tasks are completed on time and within budget.
- Tackling team assignments and ensuring tasks are completed on schedule.
- Developing and maintaining high-performance trading applications using C++ and C#.
- Integrating third-party APIs with internal systems for seamless performance.
- Optimizing and refactoring codebases for low-latency capabilities.
- Designing and implementing automated testing frameworks for platform stability.
- Monitoring and supporting production trading systems, including troubleshooting and incident resolution.
- Creating back-testing frameworks and historical data analysis tools for strategy research.
- Ensuring code adherence to security standards.
- Strong experience in team leadership.
- Proficiency in C++, C# programming languages.
- Experience with API integration.
- Knowledge of low-latency system design principles.
- Familiarity with automated testing frameworks and tools.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve production issues efficiently.
