Business Development Manager Role

The Business Growth Leader is responsible for driving the Retail Trade and Forex business growth through strategic partnerships with national and regional influencers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Executing targeted partnerships to achieve income delivery, maximizing market reach and enhancing overall performance.
  • Ensuring partner selection, documentation, negotiations and business initiation are carried out effectively.
  • Monitoring the health of business from partners and ensuring timely settlements.
Core Responsibilities:
  • First point of contact for all partners and prospects, providing a seamless interface.
  • Accountable for control function interfacing, including Compliance, Legal, Finance and SPU.
  • Driving daily business delivery through engagements with internal channel members.
People Management or Self-Management Responsibilities:
  • Organizing regular training sessions for resources on products, processes and competition benchmarking for Trade and Forex business in the Retail segment.
