Job Title: Business Development Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our Revvity team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and achieving sales targets in an assigned territory.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Increase sales volumes and achieve sales targets by developing and executing effective sales strategies.
  2. Develop new accounts and expand existing relationships within an established geographic territory or industry.
  3. Identify customer needs and present Revvity products and services accordingly.
  4. Ensure a balanced prospect pipeline to meet continuous sales targets.
  5. Sell the increased value of Revvity products and services while negotiating the best price.
  6. Facilitate solving customer problems through cross-functional coordination.
  7. Provide accurate customer and prospect information.
  8. Maintain and develop strong relationships with existing customers.
  9. Act as a contact between the company and its existing and potential markets.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 4 years' experience in sales, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and growing business.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team environment.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Familiarity with data analysis and reporting.
  • Hardworking, persistent, and dependable individual with a positive attitude.

Benefits:

The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary package of $120,000 - $150,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus additional benefits including a comprehensive health insurance plan, retirement savings plan, and opportunities for professional development.
