Key Role Summary:

The Senior Technical Advisor to the Managing Director is a pivotal strategic and hands-on technical position, responsible for verifying technical accuracy, ensuring design compliance, auditing execution quality, and identifying risks or inefficiencies in construction.

Essential Skills & Qualifications:
  • Bachelor of Engineering / Technology in Civil Engineering (mandatory)

  • 15–20 years of hands-on experience in construction execution, quality control, and design coordination
