Business Opportunity:

This position involves a critical role in the decision-making process of our organization. As a Business Analyst, you will be responsible for gathering and documenting business requirements from stakeholders through interviews, workshops, and research. Main Responsibilities:

  • Communication Facilitation: Ensure effective communication between technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure alignment and understanding of project objectives.
  • Documentation Creation: Develop clear and concise documentation, including business process diagrams, functional specifications, and user stories.
  • Solution Testing: Conduct thorough testing of solutions to validate functionality and ensure alignment with business requirements.
  • Ongoing Support: Provide ongoing support and guidance to business users, including training and troubleshooting assistance.
  • Performance Monitoring: Monitor project progress and performance metrics to identify risks and opportunities for improvement.
