Data Driven Decision Maker

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Key Analyst. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Main Responsibilities- Work with Game Designers and Product Managers to refine game-play and economy throughout the production cycle.
- Analyse competitor games, suggest features we could add to our games, and use data to guide the team on pricing in-game items, balancing, and other adjustments to increase player retention.
- Drive the analytics function for assigned products, creating meaningful insights and suggestions based on collected data.
- Represent data, reports, and insights in a manner that allows Product Managers to understand the performance of their games, focusing on improving downloads, engagement, and monetization.
In this role, you will play a critical part in shaping the business direction through data-driven decisions. If you have a passion for analytics and a keen eye for detail, we encourage you to apply your skills.
