Job Description

We are a financial and strategic consulting firm based in Noida. Our team advises companies from various sectors on mergers, acquisitions, raising growth capital, business valuation, due diligence reviews, etc. We also advise international companies for their business in India, right from business set-up to accounting, tax advisory and compliance, and financial reporting.

Our clients expect us to provide high-quality services. As an articled assistant, you will be responsible for:

  • Accounting in TallyPrime and maintaining complete files for each client
  • Preparing management reporting for clients
  • Finalisation of accounts and preparing financial statements
  • Computation of income tax liability and preparation and filing of income tax return
  • Computation of TDS liability and preparation and filing of TDS returns
  • GST registrations, computation of liability, and filing GST returns
  • Conducting research for M&A and fund-raise projects
  • Assistance in preparing financial model, investment teaser, investment memorandum
  • Preparing secretarial records and assistance in ROC filings
  • Advisory on various aspects of FEMA, Corporate Law, Income Tax, International Tax and GST
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • Strong accountancy knowledge and proficiency in tax and corporate laws
  • Good communication and presentation skills
  • Working knowledge of MS-Word, MS-Excel and MS-PowerPoint
