  4. Responsible for all online billing payment such as MSEDCL, Phone and Internet Bills etc.
  5. Manage day-to-day accounting transactions including journal entries, ledger management, and reconciliations.
  6. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements as per applicable standards.
  7. Handle GST filings, TDS returns, and other statutory compliances.
  8. Supervise accounts payable and receivable processes, ensuring timely payments and collections.
  9. Coordinate with external auditors for internal and statutory audits.
  10. Ensure compliance with all direct and indirect tax laws (Income Tax, GST, etc.).
  11. Maintain and update fixed asset registers and depreciation schedules.
  12. Provide support during assessments, inspections, or audits by tax authorities.

  13. Collaborate with cross-functional teams for financial planning and process improvement.

  14. Job Description of Accounts Payable specialist:

  15. Check & process vendor invoices for goods & services as per contract/PO and verify the same with budget.

  16. Charge expenses to accounts and cost centers by analyzing invoice/expense reports and recording entries.
  17. Process payments & Fund Transfers.
  18. Correct deduction/accounting of TDS and GST in Accounts Payable Function.
  19. Review advances to vendors and follow up to settle the same on monthly basis.
  20. Assist in Group Reporting Audit, Statutory Audit, Tax Audit and Internal Audit of AP Function
  21. Review & Reconcile creditors ledgers/sub ledgers.
  22. Perform Month-End Reconciliation of AP accounts.
  23. Prepare monthly expenses provision sheet, monthly schedules related to accounts payable & prepaid expenses.
  24. Any other responsibility/task; not limited to the above-mentioned tasks, that may be assigned from time to time in view of the job requirements.
