Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle complete accounting cycle – from data entry to finalization of accounts.
  • Prepare Trial Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss A/c, and other financial reports.
  • Oversee Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) management.
  • Reconcile bank statements, party ledgers, inventory records, and GST filings.
  • Ensure timely and accurate filing of GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory returns.
  • Maintain control over inventory accounting, purchase entries, sales entries, and debit/credit notes.
  • Manage billing & e-way bills, inventory, purchase entries, sales entries, and debit/credit notes.
  • Liaise with CA, banks, vendors, and clients for smooth financial operations.
  • Follow up and maintain records of pending government-related financial obligations like EMD, S.D, payments.

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Commerce/Accounting/Finance.
  • Minimum 5–7 years of hands-on experience in a similar role, ideally in a trading or manufacturing company.
  • Proficient in Tally ERP/Prime, MS Excel, MS Word etc.
  • Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, and other statutory compliances.
  • Ability to independently manage all accounting work.

Salary:

Commensurate with experience and industry standards.
