Job Opportunity: IT Operations Manager

Our organization is seeking an experienced and proactive IT operations manager to oversee the entire IT infrastructure. This includes setup and maintenance of office systems, networks, and security protocols.

The ideal candidate will bring over 5+ years of hands-on experience in IT operations, with a proven track record of managing office setups, supporting end-users, maintaining hardware/software systems, and ensuring data security compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • IT Infrastructure Management: Plan, implement, and manage company-wide IT infrastructure, ensuring optimal uptime, scalability, and performance.
  • Office Setup and Maintenance: Lead and execute the complete IT setup for new office locations, including internet connectivity, LAN/WAN configurations, server and workstation installations, printer/scanner setup, and IT asset procurement.
  • Technical Support & Helpdesk Oversight: Provide Level 1 & 2 support to internal users, manage tickets, and ensure timely resolution of hardware, software, and network issues.
  • Network Administration: Configure, monitor, and maintain network devices (routers, firewalls, switches), ensuring secure and stable network connectivity across departments.
  • Asset and Inventory Management: Maintain accurate records of IT assets, ensure proper tracking, warranty renewals, AMC contracts, and periodic audits.
  • Vendor Coordination: Collaborate with external vendors for procurement, AMC, ISP support, and managed services.
  • Data Security and Compliance: Ensure cybersecurity protocols, firewalls, antivirus, backup strategies, and data protection policies are strictly implemented and followed.
  • Software and License Management: Manage installation, configuration, and updates of business software; monitor license usage and renewals.
  • Documentation & Reporting: Maintain detailed documentation of IT procedures, configurations, and issue resolution logs. Generate regular IT performance reports for management review.
