Senior Automation Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Automation Specialist to oversee automation projects, guide interns, and ensure client satisfaction.
About the Role:
The ideal candidate will have strong familiarity with no-code/AI automation tools, experience managing CRM systems, and a background in project or client management with exposure to sales/marketing workflows.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end automation projects for sales and marketing teams, ensuring smooth integration of tools via APIs/webhooks.
- Guide and mentor interns in setting up Workflow automation systems, documenting processes and recommending improvements for scalability and efficiency.
- Oversee the design and implementation of automation workflows using n8n, Zapier, or Make.com, monitoring quality of data pipelines for enrichment, lead scoring, and AI-driven workflows.
- Review and validate outputs before sharing with clients, acting as the primary client contact—providing updates, gathering feedback, and ensuring alignment.
Requirements:
- Strong familiarity with no-code/AI automation tools (n8n, Zapier, Make).
- Experience managing CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, or Zoho).
- Background in project or client management with exposure to sales/marketing workflows.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Bonus: Knowledge of APIs, webhooks, or basic scripting (Python/JavaScript).
- Comfort with productivity tools like Google Sheets, Notion, Airtable.
- Problem-solving mindset with the ability to prioritize and deliver on deadlines.
