Job Title

We are seeking a seasoned professional to spearhead our automation testing efforts. The Automation Testing Specialist will lead the development of comprehensive test strategies and plans, ensuring seamless integration with new system features.

  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Develop and maintain test data, leveraging your expertise in automation testing frameworks.
    • Create automated tests for web-based software and mobile platforms, driving efficient defect resolution.
    • Implement effective test environments and infrastructure, guaranteeing up-to-date solutions.
    • Collaborate with product teams to identify and address performance concerns and inconsistencies.
    • Document and mentor QA engineers in the use of testing frameworks, fostering knowledge sharing.
    • Assist in tool and technology selection, ensuring alignment with overall QA process goals.
    • Provide accurate time estimates for automation test development, supporting informed decision-making.
  • Requirements:
    • Strong understanding of Defect Management, Bug life cycle, and Performance management.
    • Excellent debugging skills, with the ability to trace failing code.
    • Experience building automation frameworks for web-based software and mobile platforms.
    • Proficiency in object-oriented programming languages.
    • Ability to integrate automated testing into CI/CD frameworks like Jenkins.
    • Strong SQL skills and/or data validation capabilities.
    • Effective interpersonal, project management, and organizational skills.
    • Experience working in Agile Scrum environments.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Ability to articulate and drive sustainable processes.
