Job Overview
You will play a critical role in fueling pipeline growth, customer acquisition, and revenue impact. As a key member of our team, you will lead targeted outreach efforts, manage the sales pipeline, and drive go-to-market strategies for new products and features.
This role demands close collaboration with cross-functional teams, including product, sales, marketing, and leadership, to deliver scalable, high-impact growth in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive personalized and account-based campaigns to engage decision-makers and generate qualified leads
- Manage end-to-end lead generation, conversion, and acceleration to ensure revenue growth
- Plan and deliver product launches and feature rollouts with aligned messaging across teams
- Develop case studies, insights, and webinars that position us as industry leaders
- Create and refine tools to support high-value deal closure
- Collect and apply feedback to improve positioning, offerings, and GTM impact
- Partner with leadership, product, sales, and marketing to drive efficient, scalable growth
Requirements
- 3 to 5 years of experience in product management, growth, or related roles at a B2B SaaS, AI, or healthcare technology company
- Strong analytical mindset with hands-on experience in funnel analysis, A/B testing, and data-driven decision making
- Proven ability to design and run growth experiments across acquisition, activation, retention, and monetization
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills; able to work effectively with cross-functional teams
- Comfort with growth and analytics tools (e.g., Amplitude, Mixpanel, Google Analytics, HubSpot/Salesforce) and light SQL/spreadsheet modeling
- Entrepreneurial drive and a passion for building scalable solutions that improve outcomes in healthcare
