- Lead strategic outreach to decision-makers and generate qualified leads
- Own the sales pipeline, managing end-to-end lead generation, conversion, and acceleration to ensure revenue growth
- Execute go-to-market strategies for new products and features, aligning messaging across teams
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of experience in product management, growth, or related roles at a B2B SaaS, AI, or healthcare technology company
- Strong analytical mindset with hands-on experience in funnel analysis, A/B testing, and data-driven decision making
- Proven ability to design and run growth experiments across acquisition, activation, retention, and monetization
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills; able to work effectively with cross-functional teams (Product, Marketing, Sales, and Engineering)
- Comfort with growth and analytics tools (e.g., Amplitude, Mixpanel, Google Analytics, Hub Spot/Salesforce) and light SQL/spreadsheet modeling
