Our health organization has established a Venture Studio, an innovation platform that builds transformative healthcare companies from scratch by identifying disruptive opportunities in underserved markets.
The studio is involved in idea generation, day-to-day operations, and strategic decisions for growing new businesses. Some of our incubated companies have included Elevatenow, Nivaan Care, and Reveal.
Job Description:
As a Program Manager, you will report to the Operating Partner of the Studio and work closely with the Product & GTM team on key priorities. Key responsibilities include:
- Driving initiatives and fostering cross-functional collaboration;
- Institutionalizing knowledge in product and marketing;
- Ensuring smooth operations through strict adherence to channel rules of engagement.
You will also be responsible for:
- Monitoring product performance metrics post-launch to identify areas for improvement;
- SUPPORTING AND OVERSEEING THE EXECUTION OF PRODUCT PROTOTYPES and early-stage testing to validate market fit and gather user feedback;
- Acting as a liaison between the Product Development team and external stakeholders such as vendors, partners, and regulatory bodies.
Requirements:
This role requires 2-5 years of experience across consulting or fast-paced startups, with an MBA from a Tier-1 institution. Candidates with undergraduate studies from top-tier institutions are preferred.
