About the Role

We seek a Business Analyst/Advanced Business Analyst to support IT management activities, incident response, new releases, design reviews, risk assessments, and change qualification. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with external vendors and engage with stakeholders, including system managers, subject matter experts, and project owners.

Key Qualifications
  • Bachelor or Master's degree in a relevant field with 8 years of experience in IT.
  • Minimum 5-8 years of experience working with IT service management and practicing ITIL principles.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in the pharmaceutical, business administration, banking, or consultancy industries.
  • Experience in an international matrix organization coordinating projects and working with external vendors and stakeholders across multiple geographies and time zones.
