Role Overview

As a Creative Strategist, you will be the bridge between data and design - leading the charge on copywriting, campaign concepts, and creative direction. You will coordinate with design, video editing, and media buying teams to bring campaigns to life, while also analyzing creative performance data to make informed, conversion-driven decisions.

Key Responsibilities

1. Creative Concept & Copywriting

  • Write compelling ad copies, headlines, and scripts that drive engagement and conversions.
  • Develop creative concepts and campaign angles based on client goals and audience insights.

2. Creative Direction & Coordination

  • Work closely with design and video editing teams to ensure ideas are executed effectively and on time.
  • Provide clear creative briefs and feedback to ensure brand consistency and high quality.

3. Data-Driven Creative Decisions

  • Collaborate with the media buying team to review campaign performance data (CTR, ROAS, engagement rates, etc.).
  • Identify winning creatives, analyze underperformers, and iterate based on insights.

4. Campaign Management Support

  • Brainstorm creative angles with account managers and strategists for upcoming campaigns.
  • Ensure all creative assets meet platform guidelines and client requirements.
Skills & Qualifications
  • 2–3 years experience in copywriting, content creation, or creative strategy (preferably in a performance marketing or advertising agency).
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, especially Meta & Google Ads.
  • Ability to interpret creative performance data and make actionable decisions.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to give/receive constructive feedback.
  • Proficiency in English (bonus if comfortable with Hinglish copywriting).
  • Highly organized with strong project management skills.
