About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Agile Project Manager to join our team. As a Scrum Master and Business Analyst, you will play a vital role in ensuring the success of our data-driven projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Facilitation: Coordinate and lead Scrum ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
  • Team Coaching: Provide guidance on Agile/Scrum best practices and principles to ensure team efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Impediment Removal: Identify and remove obstacles that hinder project progress, fostering a collaborative and self-organizing team environment.
  • Metrics Tracking: Monitor and communicate team metrics to stakeholders, including velocity, burndown, and other relevant data.
Business Analysis
  • Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with business stakeholders to collect, analyze, and document requirements for data warehouse and data services projects.
  • Translation and Documentation: Translate business needs into clear, actionable user stories and acceptance criteria.
  • Stakeholder Management: Work with data architects, engineers, and QA to ensure requirements are understood and delivered accurately.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or related field.
  • Experience: 3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master in a technical environment and 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in data warehousing, data analytics, or data services.
  • Data Warehouse Knowledge: Strong understanding of data warehouse concepts, ETL processes, and data modeling.
  • Agile Tools: Experience with Agile project management tools, such as Jira and Confluence.
