Business Intelligence is a critical component of driving strategic decision-making across geographies.

A FP&A Assistant Manager/Manager will play a pivotal role in delivering financial planning, forecasting, budgeting and business insights to support informed decision-making.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of financial budgeting, forecasting and analytical techniques.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Financial Planning and Forecasting: Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and implement comprehensive financial plans that align with corporate goals.
  2. Management Reporting: Design and deliver accurate, timely performance reports for senior leadership and board presentations.
  3. Business Partnering: Work closely with business leaders to understand performance drivers and provide actionable insights to support strategic decisions.
  4. Variance Analysis: Conduct detailed financial analysis to identify risks and opportunities, and provide recommendations for process improvement.
  5. Process Improvement: Drive continuous improvement and automation of FP&A processes to enhance accuracy and efficiency.
  6. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on financial processes and results.

Requirements:

  • Graduate in commerce or related field
  • Minimum 3 to 5 years of professional experience in service industry
  • Strong understanding of financial budgeting, forecasting and analytical techniques
  • Proficiency in Excel and financial systems
  • Excellent analytical, communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and technologies
