Expert Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) is a critical function that supports business growth and success. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in creating annual budgets, building financial models, and monitoring targets to ensure we meet our goals.

Our ideal candidate has a strong background in finance, with a CA or MBA degree and 5+ years of experience in the technology sector or startups. You will be responsible for publishing regular management information systems (MIS) and dashboards to keep stakeholders informed.

We are looking for someone with excellent data gathering and analysis skills, as well as the ability to develop strong partnerships with business leaders. If you have a passion for revenue analytics, cost control, and stakeholder management, we want to hear from you.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Create annual budgets and build financial models
  • Monitor targets and course corrections against plan vs. actual
  • Publish regular MIS/dashboards for leadership, investors, and management
  • Deep revenue analytics and insights
  • Carry out periodic data reconciliation (internal vs. insurer data)
  • Perform analysis of cost KPIs, monitor key metrics, bring insights, and control leakages
  • Manage multiple stakeholders and support metrics reporting
  • Participate in projects on system automations for operational efficiency

  • Strong data gathering and massaging skills
  • Ability to develop a strong partnership with business leaders
  • Strong business acumen, curiosity, agility, and problem-solving
  • Strong communication (written, verbal, and presentation) skills
  • Deep expertise in Excel, Google Spreadsheet, presentations, and models
  • Prior experience in business-facing roles will be an added advantage
  • Strong experience with Google Suite & Microsoft Suite
