The ideal candidate will possess strong business acumen, analytical expertise, and the ability to partner with senior stakeholders to deliver insights that inform decision-making and drive margin improvement across complex global deals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deal Pricing & Commercial Modelling
  • Collaborate with sales and business teams to design, review, and validate deal structures.
  • Ensure competitiveness while protecting margins through effective pricing governance processes.
  • Conduct benchmarking and scenario modelling for strategic bids.
  • Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)
  • Lead annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting, and long-range financial planning processes.
  • Consolidate financial data across business units and deliver forward-looking analysis.
  • Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and highlight business trends.
  • Variance Analysis & Insights
  • Perform detailed variance analysis against budgets and forecasts.
  • Provide actionable insights to leadership on revenue, costs, and margins.
  • Recommend corrective actions and support performance improvement initiatives.
  • Reporting & Business Partnering
  • Prepare and present management packs, dashboards, and executive reports.
  • Support leadership in strategic reviews with accurate and timely financial information.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, delivery, operations, HR) to optimize business outcomes.
  • Controls & Compliance
  • Ensure accuracy, integrity, and compliance in all financial reporting.
  • Strengthen governance and internal controls in deal pricing and financial processes.
