As a senior business consultant, you will play a pivotal role in driving our business-analytics roadmap forward. Your techno-functional expertise and stakeholder management capabilities will be instrumental in delivering high-impact solutions to our clients.

You will lead workshops where broad visions and ambiguous business problems are articulated to be solved through data science and AI. By defining business problems concisely, consolidating findings, and hypothesizing proposed solutions, you will measure and articulate how these solutions improve clients' objectives.

Independently liaising with customers and presenting solutions convincingly in an unstructured and ever-changing client environment will be key aspects of this role. Hands-on contribution, customer engagement, and team management are essential components of this position.

The ideal candidate has extensive experience in business consulting, particularly around finance themes like financial planning and analysis (FP&A) and Zero Base Budgeting. They possess exceptional problem-solving analytical skills and can blend creativity and logical thought to develop innovative solutions.

They should be able to develop and articulate strategic recommendations based on rigorous data analysis and have demonstrated sustained client relations management experience at a C-suite or leadership level.

A strong understanding of statistical and machine learning algorithms, as well as hands-on experience with analytical tools, is highly desirable.
