Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and manage annual IT infrastructure budgets.
  • Operate, monitor, and enhance SAP S4/HANA systems.
  • Define IT strategy, architecture, and processes for the subsidiary, aligning with group guidelines.
  • Roll out global IT initiatives in alignment with the Global IT team.
  • Manage purchasing, installation, and rollout processes for IT hardware in subsidiaries, aligned with global guidelines.
  • Ensure technical requirements for purchasing and service contracts for IT infrastructure, aligning with the Global IT team.
  • Manage local IT infrastructure to ensure operational performance, availability, security, and continuity.
  • Propose and coordinate deployment and maintenance of IT hardware and network solutions.
  • Monitor IT infrastructure and network performance, making recommendations for improvements as required.
  • Analyze business requirements by partnering with stakeholders to define IT infrastructure needs.
  • Troubleshoot hardware and software issues related to internal IT and act as IT support lead for assigned organizations.
  • Adapt and integrate group IT policies and guidelines into the region.
  • Act as liaison between subsidiary business units and group business units and technical IT teams.
  • Responsible for local regional technical operations of IT solutions.
  • Local IT Security Manager responsibilities include system audits, assessments, awareness building around information technology security, and implementing risk mitigation measures.
  • Manage IT-related incidents, service requests, and changes, providing guidance and support to IT Support specialists.
  • Define and manage Disaster Recovery (DR) plans and Business Continuity Planning (BCP).Requirements:
    • Computer science or IT degree.
    • At least 7+ years of experience in an international business environment in a comparable position.
    • Experience with SAP-related systems such as S4/HANA, B1, R3.
    • Proven working experience as an IT Manager or other relevant experience.
    • Experience in managing large IT projects and rolling out IT infrastructures across various technologies.
    • Excellent knowledge of technical management, information analysis, and computer hardware/software systems.
    • Expertise in data center management and data governance.
    • Familiarity with ISO 27001, GDPR, cyber security, and other IT compliance standards.
    • Strong critical thinking and decision-making skills.
    • Strong communication skills, team collaboration, leading projects and teams virtually.
    • Excellent project management skills and problem-solving skills with a strong ability to prioritize tasks.
